LEV Development, which handles communication and sales for the LIFE STORY residential complex, is the personal data controller under this Policy («we»). When you submit a form, call us or contact the sales office, we may receive your name, telephone number, email address, message, and information about the property or terms you are interested in. UTM tags and the referring page may be stored with your enquiry.

When you use the website, technical and analytics services may automatically receive your IP address, device and browser information, cookies, identifiers, and information about page views and interactions.

We use data to respond to enquiries, provide consultations, arrange viewings, prepare offers, and continue communication about purchasing property. To operate the website and handle enquiries, we may use hosting and technical support providers, Bitrix24 CRM, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Binotel telephony and widgets, and LUN analytics services. Only the data required for each service is shared.

Some providers may process data outside Ukraine. Any such transfer is made in accordance with Ukrainian law and applicable safeguards. We may also disclose data to public authorities when required by law.

The website may use essential cookies to operate and analytics or advertising technologies to measure audiences, traffic sources and campaign performance and to show relevant advertising. You can restrict cookies in your browser settings; some functions or measurements may then work incorrectly.
